Bebe Zahara Benet "I'm The Sh*t" produced by Mark Picchiotti

Bebe Zahara Benet, a native of Cameroon Africa, stormed the U.S. entertainment industry in 2009 by winning the RuPaul Drag Race Reality TV Show. A former choir director in Cameroon, Bebe has a unique style unto herself, reflected in her intoxicating personality and voice. While touring the U.S. all year long, Bebe jetted back and forth to Chicago to work with legendary producer and label honcho Mark Picchiotti. Mark keyed into Bebe’s vibe as he was asked to tour with her as the official DJ for RuPaul's Drag Race Winner’s Club Tour. Their efforts yielded four songs now recorded, produced and busting to get out.

This first offering is a statement reflective of Bebe’s own self-affirming way of life. She lays down her “law,” encouraging the listener to approach life’s challenges with one simple, yet highly effective phrase, "I’m the Sh*t."

Mark Picchiotti featuring Alec Sun Drae "Feel Like Singin'"

It's no secret that Mark Picchiotti delivers quality vocal house records and his latest offering is definitely no exception. With a nod to his Chicago House heritage, Mark's Original Piano-centric vocal mix gleefully supports the message delivered by lead vocalist, UK chanteuse Alec Sun Drae, while his Dark Skool mixes push the more serious and slightly aggressive tip. The remix delivered by 2Bit fuses house with electro and goes deep and dirty with amazing results. Rounding out the package with funky underground house mixes is Chicago's very own South of Roosevelt who rapidly are becoming known by house heads everywhere as "the ones to watch."

Mark’s act that re-defined the Gospel House genre is back with slammin’ 2009 remixes of their second single “I Believe”. With the amazing talents of Suzanne Palmer again on lead vocals, Mark Picchiotti once again delivers his signature pumpin’ house sound. This remix package includes a straight up, groovy house interpretation from Raul Rincon. Chicago legend Ralphi Rosario’s remixes take a left turn at dark and sexy with tribal beats and hypnotizing synths.
